Thermal insulation and waterproofing of facades

When thinking about the insulation of facades, everyone considers the traditional method of insulation using tabular materials. These require lots of dowellingand, because this is tabular material we are talking about, thermal bridges are created at all the alignment points and all the points where dowelling was utilized.

Polyurethane is the most reliable insulation for facades,as the sprayed polyurethane foam adheres perfectly to any surface to form a single large, contiguous layer which is not only insulates, but is waterproof and diffuses water vapor, without any instillation holes or splicing points, resulting in the building being able to overcome building expansion problems because of the flexibility the new foam surface provides, enabling it to move together with the wall onto which it has been applied.

Treating arched facade surfaces, insulation cannot be done with other technology to form a more perfect insulation.

The polyurethane insulation surface is just as paintable as with the traditional tabular insulation methods.

The density of the closed cell polyurethane foam is 55kg / m3,compressive strength 200KPa
